Multiskilled Operative - Cornwall

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced multiskilled operative to provide a maintenance service on minor works projects in social housing properties. Travelling all around Cornwall to do all manner of minor domestic maintenance work so someone based centrally would be desirable but not essential as long as you are ok with some travelling.

Temp to perm role offering £35,360 per annum plus van and fuel card. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Weekly pay. 12 weeks temporary to permanent.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• All aspects of maintenance work on social housing properties
• Minor works
• Completing a variety of works in various trades to the spec required
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, tiling, some external work set‑c
