Multi Trade Operative

Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our responsive maintenance team, working across social housing properties in and around Swadlincote. This is a customer‑facing role where quality, care, and getting things right first time really matter.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing homes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• General multi‑trade repairs (carpentry, minor plumbing, patch plastering, basic tiling, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve day‑to‑day repair issues.
• Work professionally in residents' homes with a strong customer focus.
• Complete work to agreed SLAs and company standards.
• Accurately update job records using a mobile device.
