We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy social housing maintenance programme across Nottinghamshire Working on behalf of a reputable public sector organisation, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishment works within residential properties.

Your new role

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works within vacant social housing properties. You will be expected to work independently, managing your own workload and ensuring properties arepleted to a high standard within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out repairs and refurbishment works within void properties.

Identifying additional repairs required within properties.

Ensuring all work ispleted safely and to a high standard.

Preparing properties for re-letting within target deadlines.
