Multi-Trade Operative

Responsibilities

• Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
• Providing accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by customers; ensuring accurate daily work records are completed.
• Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.
• Resolving problems or setting in motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed within contract and service specifications.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, following requisition procedures and budgets.
