Multiskilled Operative - Dorset - Voids and Response

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide a maintenance service on void MOD properties. You will be working on jobs in Dorset and covering the local area mainly Bovindon, Blandford and Poole.

This role is temp to perm and can be paid CIS or PAYE.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

• Responsive work in void MOD properties
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external work setc
• Getting property ready for the next tenant
• Some responsive maintenance as well as the void work
• Reporting progress to your supervisor
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
