Multi Trade Operative (Joiner / Plasterer Preferred)
Birmingham Area

We are currently looking for experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join my clients team working on a local authority housing contract across the Birmingham area.


This is a long-term opportunity carrying out repairs and maintenance in both void and occupied properties, with a company van provided.


The Role


You’ll be responsible for completing a wide range of maintenance and repair works to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer service when working in occupied homes.


Ideally, You Will Be:

  • A qualified Joiner or Plasterer with experience in multi-trade repairs.

  • Competent in carrying out a variety of maintenance works, including: Joinery
    Plastering
    Basic plumbing
    Tiling
    Painting and decorating
    Patch repairs
    General property maintenance
