Multi Trade Maintenance Operative

Overview

Multi Trade Operative – Working in VOID properties. Permanent opportunity. RG Setsquare has been appointed by a maintenance contractor to support hiring an experienced Multi Skilled Trade person able to carry out refurbishment works in empty homes.

Location and Travel

The works will mostly be in the Swindon areas, with some travel to the Cirencester areas. The role is suitable for someone based in either location or somewhere in between.

Responsibilities

• Carry out refurbishment works in empty homes.
• Apply plumbing or carpentry skills, including kitchen and bathroom installation.
• Perform additional tasks such as tiling, basic carpentry (boxing in pipe work), patch repair, and silicone works.

Qualifications

• Experienced in plumbing or carpentry.
