Overview

1-Month Contract Role with a Local Authority. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in kitchen fitting, tiling, flooring, carpentry, and general multi-trade repairs. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out refurbishment and maintenance work within void social housing properties.
• Install and repair kitchens, including units, worktops, and associated fixtures.
• Complete wall and floor tiling to a high standard.
• Fit and repair various types of flooring.
• Undertake carpentry repairs and installations, including doors, frames, locks, skirting boards, and kitchen units.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and installations.
• Conduct general multi-skilled maintenance tasks as required.
