About the role
Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Technician to join our team in McKinley, Taguig City. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of maintenance and handyperson services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our client's facilities. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
What you'll be doing
- Directly reports to the Facilities Manager
- Monitors the operation and maintenance of all major mechanical/electrical/air conditioning/plumbing/sanitary equipment
- Records all operations parameters
- Monitors and reports equipment status
- Attend to technical requirements of the premises.
- Operates facilities equipment
- Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of tools and work area
- Undertakes and/or assists in equipment servicing works
