ROLE: Mechanical HVAC Engineer.

We’re looking for a Mechanical HVAC Engineer who will work collaboratively as part of the estates team to provide full operation, maintenance, engineering and building service that meets statutory and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day‑to‑day reactive and planned maintenance to HVAC systems across the estate.
• Perform diagnostic checks, fault finding and repairs using multiskilled knowledge and experience.
• Ensure assets are maintained in accordance with contractual requirements, HTMs, HBMs and manufacturer's instructions.
• Accurately complete all work‑related documentation and update CAFM systems in a timely manner.
