Multi Skilled Technician

The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of various building systems including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and minor civil works. The technician ensures that all facilities and equipment are functioning properly to support safe and efficient operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
• Perform scheduled inspections of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance activities are properly documented.

2. Corrective Maintenance / Troubleshooting

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose equipment/system problems and perform necessary repairs.
