About the Role:
As a CBRE multi skilled site engineer, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in
assigned facilities.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support,
preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
* Assist general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
* Assist with Checks, repairs, and replacement of functional components. This includes valves, motors,
controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
