This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy commercial environment, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure critical building systems and equipment remain fully operational. Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical and mechanical building services equipment.
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including motors, drives, sensors, control panels and associated systems.
