Multi Skilled Operative

FM Conway are searching for an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative to join us at our Theale Asphalt Plant . As our Multi Skilled Operative , you will need to operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials for our customer’s needs. You will join us on a permanent basis, working a mixture of day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC procedures
• Loading of material onto vehicles
• Undertaking all loading shovel operations as required
• Operating all weighbridge functions as required
• Following site Health & Safety procedures
• Contributing to overall well‑being and profitability of the site and the business
