Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative

Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Salary: £32,500 per annum

Working hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (working hours – start from 07:00 until 15:30 – overtime may be necessary)

Based in Lincolnshire, the post holder will provide a pivotal role within Serco, delivering combined Logistics and Operational functions, including the delivery of goods to locations throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland using light commercial vehicles to collect and deliver client assets. They will drive security hardened and enhanced light commercial vehicles and provide off-site logistical support to colleagues and clients as directed.

In addition, the post holder will undertake all aspects of warehousing including goods in/goods out, stock movement, stock control, quality assurance, and using and understanding the bespoke asset management system and database control.
