Contract: Full Time Permanent

42.5 hours per week (8‑5 Monday‑Friday)

Salary: up to £33,174.23 per annum, plus company van & fuel card

About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented and versatile Multi‑Skilled Operative to join our team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Folkestone. This dynamic, hands‑on role involves delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance across a range of trades, ensuring residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well‑cared for. You will work across occupied properties, responding to day‑to‑day repair requests covering carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and more. Flexibility, problem‑solving and excellent customer service are key.
