Job Summary

Hourly rate: £14.85 per hour, with a company van and fuel card. 42.5 hours per week (8:00‑17:00, Monday‑Friday). Location: Dover. Contract: Full‑time permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day‑to‑day responsive repairs across occupied social housing properties.
• Replace or repair skirting boards, architraves, internal door frames, kitchen units, worktops, cupboard doors and internal doors, handles, locks, and hinges.
• Identify and fix minor plumbing issues such as leaks, dripping taps, and blocked sinks.
• Perform patch plastering, wall repair and ceiling replacement as required.
• Complete wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing.
• Provide painting and decorating to a professional finish following repair work.
• Ensure all repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
