Recruit4staff are representing a leading FMCG manufacturing business in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in Droitwich 

Job Details:

  • Pay: Up to £53,000 per annum + 5% annual bonus

  • Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off (days and nights)

  • Duration: Permanent

  • Benefits: Free parking, pension matched up to 8%, 276 hours holiday, life assurance and health care cover
    • Job Role: The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing faults and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving equipment reliability and supporting continuous improvement through effective fault analysis and maintenance planning.
