Injection Moulding Maintenance Engineer
Location: Sittingbourne | Salary: £32,926 - £41,226 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00 (Double Days)
Holidays: 22 days + Bank Holidays + Xmas bonus + extra leave with service
Benefits: Pension (3-5%), Shareholder scheme
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our growing Injection Moulding and Regrind teams. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and improving machinery, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting site operations.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive machine reliability and process improvement.
