Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer needed in Ledbury , Salary: £48,000 – £53,000 per year, Job Type: Full-time, Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, immediate start for the right candidate following successful interview process.
About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s expanding manufacturing site in Ledbury. This is a key engineering role within the business, offering hands-on involvement across site operations, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. You will work on electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled equipment within a fast-paced FMCG environment, supporting production reliability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reactive breakdown support and carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM/TPM)
