Multi Skilled Joiner (Permanent)
Location: Swindon
Salary: £38,090 Callout Bonuses
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:
Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on social housing properties across Swindon and surrounding areas. This role involves joinery and carpentry works alongside general multi-trade maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsive joinery and carpentry repairs
Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring repairs
Damp and mould treatment works
Completing repairs to a high standard on occupied properties
Delivering excellent customer service to tenants
Accurately updating works via handheld devices/tablets
Participating in out-of-hours callout rota
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Carpentry or Joinery
Multi-trade experience
Experience within social housing or maintenance
Full UK driving licence
