The successful candidate will be responsible for fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations on client sites.
You will work within strict Health & Safety procedures and demonstrate a proactive approach to preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment. Provide building services maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and fabric disciplines. Diagnose faults and resolve malfunctions in mechanical systems. Dismantle and replace defective parts, ensuring compliance with specifications.
