This is a brand-new contract recently awarded to Mitie, secured for a minimum of five years with the potential for a further five-year extension. Water Hygiene: Carry out water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring, flushing, and sampling in line with regulations.
HVAC Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
