Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: £15.38-£17.95 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Mon – Thurs 7:30-16:00 Fri 7:30-13:00 (half hour unpaid lunch)

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer / Welder / Machinist to join a well-established manufacturer based in Ipswich, Suffolk . This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term stability. This is a varied, hands‑on workshop role for a skilled engineer who can work across fitting, welding/fabrication and machining.

Key Duties:

• Carry out fitting, assembly, testing and fault‑finding on sub‑assemblies and full machinery.
• Complete welding and fabrication work using MIG and Manual‑Arc techniques.
