We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading food manufacturing business in Grantham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically or mechanically biased engineer with FMCG or manufacturing experience who enjoys fault finding, problem solving and improving equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Reactive and planned maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Supporting factory start‑ups and production performance
• Ensuring high standards of safety and food manufacturing compliance

What we’re looking for

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a fast‑paced production environment
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent problem‑solving skills
