We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Building Tradesperson to join our friendly and supportive team based at our Bognor Regis Campus. The key focus of this role is to provide a high-quality service and cost-effective repairs, maintenance and planned improvement service to the University of Chichester’s students and staff at all University sites Stockbridge Halls, Fishbourne Halls, Chichester and Bognor Regis Campus. You will be key to maintaining the integrity and the performance of the University estate buildings and land. This will involve efficiently and effectively carrying out a full range of duties with the emphasis on multi-skilled works at various domestic and commercial properties including other general tasks such as grounds/garden maintenance at the University.
