Multi-Site Medical Receptionist

TEMPLE HILL GROUP is looking for a dedicated individual to greet patients, manage a multi-line phone system, and process requests using the Anima Triage platform. You'll handle appointment bookings with EMIS and address general medical queries efficiently.

Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential. Experience in a busy medical environment, particularly within NHS or GP practices, is preferred but not mandatory. Flexibility to travel between local sites is required.
