General Manager, Healthcare Support Services (South Central Alberta) – Long Term Care & Senior Living Facilities

We are looking for an individual who: Is ready to grow their career in a multi-site leadership role supporting long-term care and senior living communities. Loves delivering exceptional food, hospitality, and support services that make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. Is comfortable traveling throughout south central Alberta (up to 80%). Brings flexibility, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset to a dynamic healthcare environment. Builds strong partnerships with site leaders, clinical teams, and client stakeholders. Stays calm, focused, and organized even in high-pressure or rapidly changing situations. Has strong financial acumen and confidently manages budgets, labour, and cost controls.
