POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure for proper and smooth running of General Cashier function along managing payroll of the hotel with due procedures in accordance with the company policy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a strict of confidentially of all associate payroll records. Under no circumstances is this information to be communicated to anyone without the approval of Director of Finance / Asst. Director of Finance. To prepare monthly wage adjustment, Tip, Service charge calculation and share with DOF for approval before processing it in the payroll. Verify that the Department Head properly authorizes overtime. Responsible for processing monthly, yearly income tax calculation for associates. Ensures all associates/managers monthly payroll reports are correct and assists department heads in resolving any discrepancies.
