Location: Batavia Illinois
- Essential Functions (Duties):The hours are: 7pm-1am or 1am-7am on Monday, OFF Tuesday 12 hours shift Wednesday, and then Thursday and Friday or Saturday Sunday 12hr shift – 7pm – 7am. Weekends required (alternating shift, switches each week.)Shifts can also be traded with like trained teammates. We pay OT after 40 hours in a week, and Double Time after 48 hours in a week. We’ve never had a layoff and we are looking to add great teammates to our existing strong team.RequirementsMinimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent.Experience: Previous Lithographic experience preferred.
- Maintains the decorators for optimum print quality.
- Changes plates, inks and other materials for new production runs.
- Safely operates the decorators for optimum output.
- Documents any issues with materials and seeks resolution to those issues.
