Picture this: you clock in on first or second shift, load a program on a Haas or Mazak, dial in your setup, probe your workpiece, and verify tolerances with your micrometer before first article inspection hits the CMM. By midday, you’ve switched from a 3–4 axis VMC to a 5-axis mill for a complex aerospace component, and after break you’re turning a tight-tolerance part on an Okuma lathe.
