Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, and deploy API-led integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint
Platform (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange).
Develop APIs and integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and various other
systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses, custom applications, legacy systems).
Implement various Mulesoft connectors, data transformations (DataWeave), and error
handling strategies.
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, and other technical teams to
understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to Mulesoft best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
Participate in API design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning activities.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Mulesoft applications in production environments.
Document technical designs, integration patterns, and deployment procedures.
