Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview coordination
Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist with attendance tracking, payroll support, and HR reporting
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies
Requirements:
Student or fresh graduate in HR, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools is a plus
