Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement Dana's change management process strictly, including APQP& PPAP process.
- Report the changes that violate the process.
- Coordinate cross-functional change requests (CRs) from proposal to closure.
- Document change plans, implementation records and post-review summaries.
- Communicate change details to stakeholders and collect feedback for adjustments.
- Track change progress, identify issues and escalate to the change control board (CCB) timely.
