Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Implement Dana's change management process strictly, including APQP& PPAP process.

  • Report the changes that violate the process.

  • Coordinate cross-functional change requests (CRs) from proposal to closure.

  • Document change plans, implementation records and post-review summaries.

  • Communicate change details to stakeholders and collect feedback for adjustments.

  • Track change progress, identify issues and escalate to the change control board (CCB) timely.

  • Education and Qualifications

  • Associate degree or above with mechanical or related major.

  • Familiar with the IATF16949 requirement.

  • Familiar with the customer special requirements.

  • Have a sense of risk awareness.

  • Good written English and communication skills

  • Word, Excel and PPT office tool requirement.
