MSSQL Database Administrator

Role purpose

As Database Administrator, you will operate, optimize, and ensure the availability of accelya's cloud databases. Additionally, you will plan and execute the seamless migration of on-premise databases to the cloud. You will work in a small team and execute Accelya's cloud data strategy in line with Accelya´s global business strategy, values and missions. The successful candidate will need to execute changes and meet performance targets while maintaining the ongoing satisfaction of Accelya's global airline partners.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage our AWS RDS Aurora PostgreSQL and MSSQL database instances.
• Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of relational database design and the internal architectures of Postgres server and MSSQL server, with working experience for both on prem and in AWS RDS environments.
