The candidate must have 10+ years of hands-on experience exclusively in MSSQL DBA administration on Windows clustered environments, with a clear and in-depth understanding of MSSQL Always On and Availability Groups. The role requires strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and excellent organizational abilities with sound practical judgment. The candidate should be quick to learn and eager to explore both technical and semi-technical responsibilities. As a preferred advantage, experience in both MSSQL and MySQL databases is desirable, along with exposure to infrastructure automation development. Familiarity with monitoring systems and log management or reporting tools such as Loki, Grafana, and Splunk will be an added benefit but is not mandatory
