Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support services and troubleshooting to clients with complex and/or escalated technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop, software, web applications, or network services.
- Perform duties across multiple areas of information technology, such as server hardware and software, complex networking, telecommunications (VOIP), data security, and other areas of the overall IT platform/infrastructure.
- Handle escalated issues coming from other internal IT support groups.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with hardware, software, network, and other related systems.
