This role supports an MSP that delivers managed IT services to businesses in their region, covering networks, hardware, software, and core IT systems. Responsibilities include configuration, updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting. They are seeking an IT Services Engineer who can support their clients and provide responsive, reliable technical assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Significant MS Server experience (physical and virtual), not just M365.
• Strong verbal English communication skills, as this is a customer-facing role.
