Experience in MSME policy, scheme implementation, enterprise development Role Summary The MSME and MSME Scheme Implementation Expert will be responsible for identifying MSME needs, guiding entrepreneurs on Central and State government schemes , facilitating linkages, and ensuring smooth implementation of incentives across finance, technology, skills, marketing, infrastructure, and quality interventions. Key Responsibilities 1. Scheme Awareness & Guidance Provide MSMEs with end‑to‑end information on schemes related to: Finance (Credit, CGTMSE, Interest subsidies) Technology upgradation (ZED, Lean, cluster development) Marketing and Export support Skill development, EDP training Infrastructure (industrial estates, plug‑and‑play facilities) Quality improvement (testing, certifications) 2. Enterprise Diagnostics & Handholding Conduct need assessment surveys for MSMEs. Prepare enterprise‑specific action plans for accessing schemes. Support MSMEs in completing required documentation. 3.
