Outcomes First Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Multi-Sensory Intervenor to join Stretton Shires School in Oakham. This role is centered around supporting children with Multi-Sensory Impairment and complex communication needs, allowing you to develop specialist skills while receiving full training and support.

Key responsibilities include providing one-on-one support, using various communication strategies, and adapting resources to meet individual pupil needs. Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths, experience with SEND, and a commitment to communication strategies, as well as a valid UK driving license.
