As a Training Support & Services professional, you are responsible for delivering high‑quality training that meets compliance and safety standards.

Main tasks

  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all subjects and practices to be taught, ensuring maximum safety and quality of courses; propose changes to training programs to the training manager.
  • Collaborate with the Exams manager in developing question banks.
  • Review maintenance training manuals and related regulations, applying them to ensure courses, exams and evaluations meet current regulation.
  • Monitor students’ progress throughout learning phases, reporting discrepancies and root causes to the head of training.
  • Notify the training and exams managers of any anomalies observed during course, exam or evaluation delivery.
