About the Role and Team
The Mobile Speed Camera Program is recruiting a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Operator to join our dedicated team in Ingleburn, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Think of this as the central nervous system for our frontline teams. You are the main point of contact for our Mobile Speed Camera Operators across NSW. Your day-to-day includes:
Checking in on operator wellbeing at the start/end of shifts or during incidents.
Providing real-time phone support for technical glitches or public interactions.
