A skilled D365 CRM Technical Manager with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, leveraging both functional knowledge and technical expertise to deliver robust CRM solutions while leading a team of consultants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Consulting: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Map business processes to Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities. Oversee the configuration of CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
