As a Collaboration Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, your day revolves around ensuring our clients' Collaboration and Communication systems function smoothly. You'll proactively monitor work queues, identify and investigate issues, and resolve technical incidents to maintain client satisfaction.
