Job Description
1. Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead the full lifecycle of D365 implementation and rollout projects—from initiation to Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.
- Ensure timely delivery of all project phases (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
- Coordinate with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure aligned execution.
2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors (e.g., Microsoft, partners).
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and decision-making sessions.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly defined, managed, and met.
3. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Maintain RAID logs and communicate project health to leadership.
