  • Handle incidents and service requests for CRM clients.
  • Become a go-to resource for after implementation support.
  • Translate technical specifications from the development team and relay it to the customer for them to understand.
  • Align with offshore counterparts on ways of working and clients to be handled.

  • Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&O as a functional/support Consultant

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Able to translate business processes into functional flows.

  • Great understanding on logistics side of business from order to delivery
  • Willing to work on an EU shift and adjust accordingly to daylight savings.
  • Able to communicate effectively towards client and team and explain technical details in layman’s terms.
