Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 who will oversee and lead the customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions across functional, technical, and integration layers. The ideal candidate will have deep cross-functional expertise across Finance, Operations, Delivery, or Customer Engagement modules, strong technical understanding of Dynamics architecture, and proven experience integrating D365 with external systems (on-premises and cloud).
Technical Oversight:
· Provide architectural guidance on system design, custom development, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365.
· Review and validate solution architecture, integrations, and data models to ensure scalability and maintainability.
· Guide the technical team in performance optimization, code quality, and deployment best practices.
