Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant with 5+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM/ERP solutions. This role is critical in driving solution design, implementation, and optimization across enterprise initiatives, including taxation processes in the U.S. and Canada .
The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise with technical understanding, and excels at engaging stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations).
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions .
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Design and manage integrations with external systems
