MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (Techno-Functional))

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions by bridging business requirements and technical implementation. The role works closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to design, configure, customize, and support scalable CRM solutions that improve business processes and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements across Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles
Provide techno-functional support for customizations including plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and integrations
